The Hot Tub Factory is a family run business from the North East of England, and has been established for over 13 years. We supply our all American Vita Spa Hot Tubs at incredible prices with an exceptional after care service.

£200, yes that’s right, only £200. The balance will be due on delivery.
YES!! Our surveys are 100% free and we don’t use pushy sales techniques to get your money. We wont even ask for a deposit on the survey, well simply advise how we’ll get your Tub in etc. in situ then leave you to decide in your own time whether The Hot Tub Factory offer is right for you.
YES, 100%. All of our components (including pumps) are made by Balboa, the largest and best Hot Tub component manufacturer in the world.
Some companies that sell online or even in membership club shops, promote their spas with branding indicating they’re American or Canadian built, when actually they commission Chinese companies to build them for them. Be aware, Chinese spas aren’t what they appear to be!!
Definitely not. All of our staff at the Hot Tub Factory have been trained by BISHTA and have all of the necessary qualifications and most importantly experience to give you sound and safe advice on water chemistry.
Its a good idea to have a hose pipe in your garden but you wont need a permanent water supply. You simply fill it with a garden hose and empty and refill when the water becomes ‘tired’ (approx. 12 weeks)
In the unlikely event of your Hot Tub developing a fault, our highly skilled and experienced technician will carry out a diagnostic inspection within 24 hours. We always have spares on our vans so the likelihood is, it’ll be fixed there and then.
The Hot Tub Factory can literally do it all. Using Part P qualified electricians and experienced ground workers, we can build your base, install your electrics and even offer decking services with one of our highly skilled joiner/deck teams.
The simple answer is ‘YES’. We can build your spa from scratch adding features and colour combinations to suit your personal needs.
We have a massive stock of Vita Spa Hot Tubs at our Chelmsford distribution centre and if the Tub you want is in stock, we can literally deliver in days.
The Hot Tub Factory offer one of the most economical Tubs on the market. Using our Vita Spa Vital Energy Heat Lock system we pride ourselves on being able to offer a tub that’s average running costs are approximately £25 per month.
