Yes very impressed with the level of service you give to me today -my hot tub needed a simple tee piece putting in last April I called at another local hot tub firm, Where I have spent lots of money there over the last 4 years And they said they would call out and see to it waited 4 month no reply – so I called in yet again the girl said she would make sure someone would call out and fix it. – another 3 month went by . So I called again they said a lad would call to my house next week. At a cost of 95-00. So he called out took a photo of the tee piece and I paid him 95-00 never heard anything for 4 month so I emailed them and complained to them they said because you did not by the hot tub off them , there priority was to look after the ones that bought a tub off them. I will not be going back there ever again ( stinks ). Hot tub factory are not only very fast and half the price as the others . Phoned The Hot Tub Factory yesterday and today it’s fixed. Two top lads who know what there doing and fast response 10/10

Can’t tell you how happy we are with our Vita Spa Prestige hot tub and shelter. Brian and his team have been top class all the way through the process from choosing to installation. Nothing was too much trouble, Brian was always on the end of the phone to answer any questions. The tub is everything we wanted and the shelter is excellent quality – we have now ordered a new shed from them too.

Had a Vita Spa Monarch delivered and installed a couple of weeks ago, used it for the first time last week and it is AWESOME!!!!! We could not speak highly enough of Brian and the rest of his team. From start to finish his service has been second to none. Full of advice and suggestions initially, flexible to the end, and on hand any time of the day to answer our (endless) questions!! So pleased we made the decision to go with The Hot Tub Factory, I’d highly recommend them! Xx

After visiting your showroom we decided a spa-tub would be great for our son Scott. Scott suffers from cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheel chair and accessing hydro-therapy for one reason or another is very difficult, so we thought ‘why not have it at home for him’. From day one Scott has responded well to the hot-tub and enjoys going in whenever possible. The warm water, jets and air blowers help relax him and help with keeping his limbs supple as exercise is much easier as he floats in the water. Having the spa tub installed during the summer was great but we are still using it even as the weather cools towards winter. Thank you for all of your help and on-going advice

Having purchased our Hot-Tub from you we would like to take this opportunity to thank you both for the attention to detail in helping us select the Catalina Hot-Tub of our choice.
These days it’s not enough to get great sales but to have the quality, friendly and no-pressure service also, what more can we say?
Over the last twenty years, we have both suffered from back problems, and I can honestly say that since the arrival of our Hot-Tub we have hardly had an ache. Our quality of life has definitely changed. No more sitting about like couch potatoes in the house, we are outside in our tub as often as we can be, Chilling out with a pint and a glass of wine enjoying the fresh air and our garden, whatever the weather.

I have been in it every day since it was commissioned two weeks ago. My 5 year old Daughter has been in it even more.
We are very happy with the tub the delivery and installation went easier than expected. Your advice on the water treatment has proved to be very useful and I am pleased to say so far so good.
Being outside with a nice cold insulated cup of Magners certainly beats being forced to sit through Soaps all night. Our Friends think we are mad. We will see if they still think that way when they come around for a BBQ.

Thanks to you and all of your staff for, once again, excellent advice, prompt delivery and great service. It is such a pleasure to deal with someone on such a friendly and personal level.
Actions speak louder than words, all I can say is that the spa has been used at least once a day since it’s installation. I’m sure no one would ever regret buying a spa, something I wish I had done long ago.

We just wanted to write and say thanks for the service which you have provided both leading up to and following our purchase of our spa from yourselves.
After looking around at several spas and providers in the North East, it was good to deal with someone which was honest, down to earth and had a very good understanding/knowledge of their products as well as the market in general.
It is a pleasure returning home after a hard day at work knowing that we are able to sit together outside, whatever the weather, and relax in the spa. We have used the spa on a daily basis since its purchase and could not imagine a more pleasurable way to relax. It really has made a positive change to our lives and we find that instead of sitting in front of the TV on a night, we now pop outside for a dip and a chat together.

Just like to say a big thank you to all of the staff at your company for all their help and advice buying a hot tub, with a special mention for Brian for sorting it all so quickly.
Not knowing much about hot tubs it was great to get so much help and advice on what features were available and what to look for, and without any pressure sales. I did find myself at other local dealers counting the actual number of jets on the tubs, checking the insulation and asking how they dealt with after sales queries and service.
After sales – wow!! I just can’t fault them at all; they are genuinely concerned that you should be enjoying your hot tub and if they can help, they will (shame they can’t sort the weather).
The final decision, which I would recommend to any serious buyer, is try the tub; Brian was happy to sort this to suit us and that was it, we bought a 7ft spa with lounger and it’s absolutely brilliant – take a look at the photo!!!
I’d recommend company and your hot tubs to anyone.

After lots of to-ing and fro-ing between other hot tub dealers, we finally opted for Brian and his squad. Brian was more knowledgeable about not his own spas, but his competitors also and give us sound and fair advice on any questions he had. No pressure sales, no pushing for a deposit, he simply told us how he would get the tub in, how much it would cost and left us to decide. Needless to say it was an easy decision and were very pleased we made it.
